JLPT N4 GRAMMAR: ～のに (~noni)

Meaning: Even though, Even if ( फिर भी.., उसके बावजूद…..)
～のに only indicates things that have actually occurred in the reality.
Formation:
「動詞・い―形容詞・なー形容詞（だー＞な）・名詞（だー＞な）」の普通形＋のに～
Plain form of「Verb / い-adjective / な-adjective(だー＞な) / Noun(だー＞な)」+のに～
Example sentences:
- 約束をしたのに彼女は来ませんでした。
- Yakusoku o shitanoni kanojo wa kimasendeshita.
- she didn’t come, even though she had promised．
- वादा किया था उसके बावजूद वो नहीं आई।
- 今日は 日曜日な のに 働かなければ なりません。
- Kyō wa nichiyōbinanoni hatarakanakereba narimasen.
- Even though today is Sunday, I have to work.
- आज रविवार है, फिर भी मुझे काम किये बगैर नही चलेगा।
- 約束をしたのに、どうして来なかったんです。
- Yakusoku o shita no ni, dōshite konakatta ndesu.
- You promised to come, Why didn’t you come?
- तुमने वादा किया था, फिर भी क्यों नहीं आये?
