辞書形 (jishokei) This form is the basic form of a verb. Verbs are given in this form in the dictionary, hence the name. This form is made as per groups of Verb.
Group I
In the verbs of this group the last sound of the ます-form is always in the い-line . Replace it with the sound in the う-line to make the dictionary form. Means we have to change い、き、し、ち、に、ひ、み、り、ぎ、じ、ぢ、び、ぴ to う、く、す、つ、ぬ、ふ、む、ぐ、ず、づ、ぶ、ぷ as below.

Group II
Attach る to the ます-form.
