Meaning: to (को). This is a particles used when a verb indicates movement to a certain place (mostly used with 行きます、来ます、帰ります etc), it is put after noun place to show the direction of the move. The particleへ is red as え。
Formation: Noun (place) ＋へ
Examples:
- 東京 へ 行きます。
- Tōkyō e ikimasu.
- I’m going to Tokyo.
- मैं टोक्यो (को) जा रहा हूं।
- 日本へ来ました。
- Nihon e kimashita.
- I came to Japan.
- मैं जापान (को) आ गया।
- うちへ帰ります。
- Uchi e kaerimasu.
- I’m going home.
- मैं घरको जा रहा हूँ।
- 私は来週国へ帰ります。
- Watashi wa raishū kuni e kaerimasu.
- I will return to the country next week.
- मैं अगले हफ्ते अपने देश (को) लौटूंगा।
- 「今朝、どこへ行きましたか。」「…スーパーへ行きました。」
- `Kesa, doko e ikimashita ka.’`… Sūpā e ikimashita.’
- “Where did you go this morning?” “I went to the supermarket.”
- “आज सुबह तुम कहाँ गए थे?” “मैं सुपरमार्केट (को) गया था।”
- 「日曜日、どこへ行きましたか。」「…どこへも行きませんでした。」
- `Nichiyōbi, doko e ikimashita ka.’`… Doko e mo ikimasendeshita.’
- “Where did you go on Sunday?” “… I didn’t go anywhere.”
- “आप रविवार को कहाँ गए थे?” “… मैं कहीं (को) नहीं गया।”
